Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
